Here is what is new at PP&D!

PP&D Brochure Distribution Supports the Vermont Convention Bureau.

Vermont Convention Bureau PP&D Brochure Distribution has joined the Vermont Convention Bureau and is now providing area tourist brochures to meeting, conference and event planners and attendees.

The Vermont Convention Bureau, with members state-wide, works to strengthen the economic vitality of Vermont by promoting it as a preferred meeting and convention destination.

Convention organizers can now order from over three hundred different brochures and magazines provided by PP&D.  Detailed lists are available at PP&D’s website: ppdbrochure.com.

PP&D is very excited to place three new brochure displays in Chittenden County.

Every month thousands of people will view a new PP&D brochure display in the Robert E. Miller Expo Centre at the Champlain Valley Exposition, in Essex Junction. This multi-purpose building is used for dozens of shows including the Vermont Home Show, Vermont Flower Show, Everything Equine, The Vermont Quilt Festival and the Vermont Handcrafters Craft Show. The Expo Centre is also home to the Far Post and Nordic Spirit Soccer Clubs, with over a thousand games a year played at the site.

Exposition General Manager, David Grimm is pleased to have added this informational display at the Exposition and sees it as a valuable resource to share information with visitors and residents alike on all the attractions in the region. “We have worked with PP&D Brochure Distribution for more than 20 years and we’re confident they will do a great job providing us with the brochures we want, in a timely and professional manor,” he added. For more information about the many events at the Exposition visit http://www.cvexpo.org.

Colchester Schoolhouse Grand Opening Ceremony with Governor DouglasA PP&D display was also placed in the newly restored Colchester Schoolhouse at Airport Park.  Relocated and authentically restored by the Colchester Historical Society, the 1815 building opened to the public in May.  It is located along the bike path, and also a visitor’s center for travelers seeking information. Burlington now has a new downtown hotel and PP&D has added a new display. The Courtyard Marriott Burlington Harbor is the 40th lodging establishment in the region with a PP&D brochure display. Michell Langlais, Director of Sales at the new property has worked with Bill Orleans, owner of PP&D, for fifteen years, “ The new rack looks great, our guests love it, it is a real asset to the hotel.” The Hotel website is http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/btvdt

  • Bill Orleans attended the International Associattion of Professional Brochure Distributors conference in Florida and was also proud to be part of Vermont's International Trade Mission to China.  Both amazing learning experiences.

  • We added ten new racks to our West Lebanon / Hanover, New Hampshire route and in addition to those locations we are now also offering your brochures to another ten new locations.  We discovered some great restaurants and B&B's along the way.
  • We also added dozens of displays throughout Vermont, including Green Mountain Coffee Roaster' new Visitor Center at the Historic Train Station in Waterbury, The Essex Outlet Center, Saint Michael's College, the Holiday Annex in St. Johnsbury, the new Hampton Inn in Rutland and Quechee's newly renovated Quality Suites .
  • We also expanded in New York with over a dozen additional displays including Santa's Workshop, Rosali's, The Evening Hatch, Baymont Inn, and Mountain Pine Motel.

Please remember our "Hospitality Thank You Program."  PP&D delivers thousands of free passes to hotel and motel desk clerk, and concierge staff.  We value the folks on the front line and believe your gifts go a long way in spreading the word about your business.  Please mail us three to five hundred passes or coupons (double entry or family passes are best) by May 1st.
