To have your brochures distributed at Vermont's Highway Information Centers you must register with the State of Vermont. The registration forms can also be found by downloading here.
The Vermont registration fee for a rack slot at Rest Stops includes distribution by the State-appointed distributor, Maxham Warehousing (formerly Worcester Leasing). PP&D does not distribute to these Information Centers. As a service to our clients we do deliver bulk shipments to Maxham Warehousing on a regular basis. If instructed, we are happy to include your brochures in the next shipment.

Information Gallery
Located in Chittenden County, the Information Gallery operates several brochure display locations. Some are staffed throughout the summer. We both have racks at Vermont Teddy Bear, Cold Hollow Cider and Shelburne Museum (PP&D's is in the Cafeteria, their's is outside the Gift Shop). They also publish the Blue Map and offer Video Kiosks at many of Vermont's Information Centers.

Burlington International Airport
Clear Channel Airports (small media group) operates the brochure display at the Burlington Airport and controls all brochure distribution at the Airport. they also sell backlit signs at the Burlington Airport and many other airports around the world.

Vermont Attractions Association Member to Member Brochure Distribution
This distribution is for members of the Vermont Attractions Association (VAA) only. It is a cross-marketing program, distributing member brochures to special displays at over seventy VAA member locations. The VAA contracts this service to PP&D. VAA membership dues covers the cost of this year-round program.

Vermont Attractions Association Members at the Vermont Information Centers
This distribution is also only for members of the Vermont Attractions Association (VAA).
The VAA has member racks at the following Vermont Information Center locations: Williston Northbound, Williston Southbound, Guilford, Fairhaven, Highgate, Montpelier, Waterford, White River Junction, and Sharon Northbound Information Centers.
To be part of this program you are required to register with the State at all these locations.
After registering, you will be in the VAA rack and the general Info Center racks at each location. If you do not register for all these sites they cannot guarantee your distribution to every VAA rack.

Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce
Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce operates tourist information centers at their downtown Burlington office, at Williston's Route 89 North and Southbound locations, and at the Burlington Waterfront. Registration for these two interstate locations can be done either through the Lake Champlain Chamber or the State of Vermont Info Center Program. The Chamber also operates an information center at the Airport, but they do not contract for brochure distribution at this site.
